Each of these 5, 45-minute classes will work to give you a strong foundation of meditation techniques to benefit your health & well-being. Incorporating Qigong, Acupressure, Daoyin* (*not Daoist Yoga) & visualization techniques to benefit the meditation practice, before diving into the foundational principles of Daoist Standing & Seated Meditation. This class serves as a sampler of techniques, and we will go over techniques to help you to integrate these practices and teachings into your daily life.

Week 2: Self Stimulation of Acupressure Points to Promote Circulation & Drive out Toxins, Vibration & Shaking, Standing Meditation with Specific Visualizations
Week 3: Seated Meditation Basics, 3 Adjustments & Unities to Create a Meditative State, Breathing, Methods to Retrieve a Wandering Mind

Week 5: Putting it All Together, Strategies to Integrate Meditation into Daily Life, Feedback / Q&A
This is a self-paced, recorded class with 5 weekly class recordings and suggested homework in between classes. You will learn: Five Elements Life Nourishing Qigong, HaHa Gong (Rhythm/Detox Acupressure Sound Healing), Stillness Meditation Basics, Longevity Meditation Foundations, as well as strategies for integrating these practices into daily life. Many of the classes ended up running longer that 45 minutes, with a maximum of an hour and 15 minutes in order to get through such a packed schedule of content
