M&M FLOW: Mobility & Active Recovery for Athletes

Recover faster from training! Boost performance, prevent injuries, increase overall well-being and athletic longevity. Monthly 1-1.5 hour flow-style routines you can use weekly or as desired. Each flow includes:

-self-massage/self-acupressure

-mobility of various types - dynamic, isometric, weighted, joint openers, posture correcters

-breathing exercises & meditation

Basically, it's a mixture of the things that I think make me and the athletes I work with able to perform better than ever, healthily, for decades... all the feedback I get from the live class I run weekly here in Costa Rica is that it's fun, engaging, and helps people be the best version of themselves away from sport as well.
