Acupressure for Athletes

Combining Acupressure with Chinese Medical Massage techniques to alleviate pain, improve circulation, and promote healing from the inside out - so you can reclaim a sense of ease and confidence in your own body, pain-free.

You will receive a weekly video lessons in Acupressure, Massage Techniques, & Qigong for 4 weeks + Zoom recordings from former weekly Q&A from the live class.

Over the next 30 days, you have a full curriculum designed to embody the principles of Chinese Medicine. For 4 weeks, you have a weekly class and homework to be done 4-5 days a week when not in class - the frequency of practice is intended to help you to really internalize what these Massage Techniques, Acupressure Points, and Qigong Movements actually do!

If you don’t have an hour to do all the practices, just do a little of everything or pick the areas and techniques you feel are most relevant to you. Set a goal from the beginning of the course, write it down on paper or a sticky note and post it on the computer, on your wall for the next 30 days. Tell yourself how you are going to feel, what you are going to learn, for yourself and/or others. If you put in the time, you will leave the course accomplishing your goals.
